Some places you photograph, others you learn by heart. For three years Francescana Family was both, and I managed its digital and social media communications throughout. These are images gathered across services in the kitchens of Osteria Francescana, Franceschetta58, Al Gatto Verde and Cavallino. The beautiful and unforgettable Casa Maria Luigia, Villamanodori's products. And there are special events like the G7 in Puglia, Vinitaly, Convergence and Ein Prosit: a way of remembering with my eyes.
